jazzyjjHey everybody. I'm posting this from my parents' place. I came here last evening by way of train and then bus. The reason is that I am doing one of those 24-hour specimens for my nephrologist. Dunno if there exist any health and medical comms here on the mighty Dreamwidth, other than ![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
fucking_meds which I already mentioned. There's also fucking_docs , but I don't have any of those. I realize some may not like their doctors and other medical professionals for this or that reason, but mine are and have been top-notch. I'd like to think that this is at least due in part to me having a father who recently semi-retired from the field, and a sister who is going for her PhD in nursing. But other than that, I guess I just got lucky. Seriously, I cannot think of a negative thing to say about my healthcare team. This was also true when living in another state. My dermatologist is located about an hour away, but it's worth the trek because he knows what he's doing.
Well...gonna close for now and go take my evening meds. Peace out!
