Friday I Just Cannot Get Rid of You!
Mar. 13th, 2020 04:24 pmHi all and happy Friday once again. Hope all's well in your corner, and hopefully none of you have caught COVID-19. I've been hearing a good deal about this from my neighbor across the hall, and I've also read some stuff. Our dear president here in the US is of course continuing to downplay the severity of this. Although, he recently declared this a national emergency. But not without much prodding and poking. I thought I was going to have to miss my weekly workout because of this virus, but that ended up not being the case.
I had yet another good week, and am getting excited for the St. Patrick's Day party happening next week in my building. It's been a bit chilly in my apartment as of late. I'm pretty sure the same windows have been there all long. The building was built back in 1895, and most if not all the windows have issues. I think some replacements are perhaps in order, but the thing is that nobody wants to replace them or any part of them because it would cost too much. But hopefully something can be worked out. Ditto goes for the heating throughout the building. I currently don't have the spoons to understand all that financial gobbledy-gook. But I hope to once again bring this to the attention of my support team and the landlords.
Well that is all for now folks. Please stay safe and be good to your bodies during this global pandemic and throughout your entire lifetime. I will do and certainly have done the same.
