Back Where I Started From?

Well, I suppose in a way you could say that. I have temporarily moved back in with my parents and 2 sisters, or at least as temporary as it's gonna be I suppose. As y'all are most likely aware by now, Illinois is currently in another wave of the pandemic and earlier this morning more restrictions went into effect. For now, I have made the decision to remain here until just after Thanksgiving. My parents and the rest of my support team are leaving that decision in my hands this time though. I have of course been in contact with neighbors and other friends. My tutor and I have taken walks, and will continue to do so. Just for the record, I am feeling well and have not yet come into contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19. I have continued to wash hands and face, and wear a mask when I am out and about. Just yesterday before going out with my tutor, my mom and I agreed that I will now wear a mask indoors as well until further notice. The obvious exception to this is of course when I'm with my immediate family.





But my week has once again been very good. As mentioned above, I've continued to take all necessary precautions during the pandemic and strongly encourage others to do likewise. As a matter of fact, I signed up to be a virtual volunteer with Team Protect Chicago and encourage others to do the same even if you're not living in the area. Just head on over to http://chi.gov/protect and fill out the form. Someone will supposedly get in contact with you. Nobody has contacted me yet from the team, but this is what the confirmation email said.
