Happy Day to All!
Apr. 2nd, 2021 03:29 pmHi everybody. I'm coming to you from my parents' place again. I just got here, and will be here for the Easter weekend and a family member's birthday. I was going to post this earlier today, but now is as good a time as any. I hope y'all are feeling good and staying out of trouble. Good, me too.
It's been another good week for me. The online summit went well, but unfortunately I was unable to catch all of it due to ongoing wi-fi hiccups at the pad. But the presenters did a great job.
I started a free online mindfulness course. I honestly dunno how much I'll benefit from it, but I suppose we all could use some of that in our lives especially during these trying times for the nation. I'm a bit confused about meditation but that's more or less why I'm taking this course, lol. For those of you interested in checking it out, it is at https://www.palousemindfulness.com . There are 8 weeks worth of material being covered, but it is self-paced. A certificate of completion seems to be optional, but I'm going to ask for one. I'm finding the website and associated course material to be very accessible.
Well, I guess that'll do it for this week. Please take care, and be safe and kind. Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate it, and I hope those of you who celebrate Passover had a good time doing so.
