Super Sunday #2

jazzyjjHi everybody. I was going to wait until this coming Friday to post another entry, but I'm not going to the flea market this morning as originally planned. My tutor just phoned to say he cannot do it. I'll leave the details to everyone's imagination to figure out, but he's planning to call me back later this morning and we'll take it from there. Suffice it to say, here is an entry for ya. I got busy once again on Friday.
But anyhows, I hope the week treated everyone well. It treated me well too. Nothing new and exciting to report once again, although I did attend a fundraiser yesterday for Center for Independent Futures. It was another cookout, and a good time was had by all. My parents and a sister ended up making an appearance as they always do, and the 4 of us sat together at a table. Those of you unfamiliar with Center for Independent Futures, fear not. CIF is getting its third executive director, and I along with others in my apartment building will get the opportunity of meeting 3 potential candidates tomorrow and giving them a tour of the place. They are coming here along with the current Board chair. Her eldest son and I were colleagues at one time, and now we're just friends. Or are we? That's a whole topic inandof itself. But anyway, the current exec director and her predecessor did a nice job. There's one thing I have been wishing for in our next exec director, but I'm not discussing that here. Actually perhaps a few things.
