jazzyjjWhy hello to everyone. Just this morning my mother and I drove down to Second Sense, http://www.second-sense.org , formerly the Guild for the Blind. I had previously booked an appointment with a technology tutor to discuss getting an iPhone and what all that would entail for me. So we were immediately greeted by one of the Second Sense employees. It turned out that the guy with whom we had planned to meet was busy, so we met with the Manager of Adaptive Technology Services who is himself visually impaired. He showed me some things on his iPhone and I really think I'll be able to do it. Yay once again for AT!
