Hello all. I'm coming to you once again from MarsEdit. This will most likely be the last entry I write in MarsEdit. Not that I've had issues with it, but I am on a limited income and cannot currently afford the upgrade to the next version. So I'd like to thank the developer for doing an excellent job on this app. Even if I am able to upgrade sometime, I'd still like to thank him. I've found this app to work great with VoiceOver, and it interfaces very well with Dreamwidth.

In other news...My Hadley course is going all right but I'm a bit worried that I won't be able to meet the requirement of submitting one assignment per month, lol. This is due to the fact I have very chatty neighbors. But I'll work something out I'm sure. It's turning out to be a very good course, and I want to do well in it. So to that end, I brought the course material here to my parents' place and am going to try and work on it here. One of my siblings has a talking book player like mine, and I'm going to see if the course material will work on it. If not, I won't bother. After all, I don't want to jeopardize my relationship in any way with the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. So why don't I just have my own talking book player here? Well, that is a good question indeed. Since these players are a bit bulky and fragile, I didn't want to risk it. I took paratransit here, and it would've been bad if my player fried or even broke in transit. So I might just work on the essay part of my current assignment. Or I'll just wait and do everything else next week, but only time will tell.

Thanks for this. I've often admired the MarsEdit interface, but I didn't understand how to connect it with Dreamwidth.

I haven't had my hands on a talking book player since they switched to the cartridges: are these more fragile than the old cassette ones?
